Quasi-Colloquial, the first major exhibition of the South Korean artist, Haegue Yang, in Latin America, consists of five groups of different works based on extensive conceptual research, including sculptures, installations, works on paper, photography, video and writing. Haegue Yang combines industrially manufactured objects with everyday items. From clotheslines to bells, shutters to lights, collages to texts, the artist, in her own language, seeks to free objects from their rigidity and limitation.
