The Institute for Studies on Latin American Art (ISLAA) presents a special screening of Construcción de un Mundo, an intimate documentary by Guillermo Costanzo on the life and work of Marta Minujín, one of Latin America’s most influential contemporary artists.
Through her exhibitions, her own testimony and that of colleagues and family members, the documentary highlights her unclassifiable universe and reveals unknown details of her story. The film traces her path from Buenos Aires to Paris, New York, and beyond—revealing a world where the artist herself becomes the work.
Marta Minujín will be present for the screening.
